- Cuttter sea-fishing trips in Kołobrzeg and Darłowo – paid extra.
- Therapeutic part and full body massage – paid extra.
- Children under 3 – gratis (price exclusive of meals).
- Children 4-10 years old – 80% of the price.
- Easter – 3 x 40 PLN extra
- Christmas Eve – 40 PLN extra
- Christmas – 2 x 40 PLN extra
- New Year's Eve and a New Year 2 x 40 PLN extra
- May, June weekends – price increased by 10 % per day
- To book a vacation – make a deposit of 30% of the total price

A local climate tax is not included in the price.
